Bijou Funnies #4 leads off with a funny Nard n' Pat story (one of three Nard n' Pat tales) and features several fine contributions from Robert Crumb (a shit-shooting ProJunior adventure), Jay Kinney ("Sunday School") and Justin Green ("A Likely Saga"). Not the best issue, but a good one.

HISTORICAL FOOTNOTES:
There are three printings of this comic book, the first by the Print Mint and the last two by Kitchen Sink, all with 50-cent cover prices. The 1st printing (20,000 copies) is easily distinguished from the 2nd printing (10,000 copies) because it doesn't have a Kitchen Sink logo on the front cover and the "Hey Kids: Adults Only!" tag line at the top of the cover is printed red instead of green, as it is on the 2nd printing. The 3rd printing is nearly identical to the 2nd printing, except it states "Krupp printing Number 8765432" on the inside front cover (indicating a 2nd printing, when in fact it is the 3rd printing).
