Tim Boxell and his conspiracy theorists wrap up the Commies from Mars series with this final issue, which appeared fourteen years after the first. The length of the comic is reduced by 16 pages down to 36. Commies From Mars was a distinctive comic book series with some great stories. Tim Boxell became a TV and movie director in the 1990s.

It is currently unknown how many copies of this comic book were printed. It has not been reprinted.
