A fine early example of El Vibora (The Viper), which was a leading adult comic magazine in Spain. It ran over 300 issues from 1979 to 2005 and gave many underground and alternative comic creators significant exposure in Europe. El Vibora introduced many American (Robert Crumb, Gilbert Shelton, Peter Bagge, Charles Burns) and French creators (Reynon, Petillon) to its Spanish audience, along with many native cartoonists (Nazario, Max, Mediavilla, Pons, Marti, Sento, Jaime Martin).

I do have a bunch of later issues of this magazine and will create a full series review in the near future. The title will probably be eventually moved to the Magazines sections, but that section has yet to be developed and will be the last section on the site that is completed (in other words, it could be a couple years).
It is currently unknown how many copies of this magazine were printed. It has not been reprinted.
