The third issue of Phoebe and the Pigeon People collects examples from early in the strip's 17-year run in the Chicago Reader. The strips were written by the multi-talented Jay Lynch and illustrated by cartooning vet Gary Whitney. The ambitious third issue expanded from the digest size of the previous two issues to a magazine size, and included two pages of fan letters. Full review coming soon.
