Image of the Beast is an adaption of the Jose Phillip Farmer novel by the same name. I haven't read the novel, but if it is as creepy and savage as the comic, it would make for a terrific midnight read! Tim Boxell (Grisly) artwork throughout. Full review coming soon.

HISTORICAL FOOTNOTES:
There are three printings of this comic book, all by Last Gasp and each producing 10,000 copies (presumed quantity on 3rd printing). The 1st printing has a 75-cent cover price, the 2nd printing has all-new front cover art and a $1.25 cover price, and the 3rd printing (with the same cover art as the 2nd) has a $2.95 cover price.
