HISTORICAL FOOTNOTES:
There are two printings of this comic book, though they were printed at same time by Kitchen Sink. The total print run was approximately 10,000 copies, of which (at least)
500 were numbered for a limited edition. The limited edition also has a heavy paper stock cover with a cover price of $2.00.
_
The limited edition provided space on the inside front cover that was intended to include an artist signature, an artist thumbprint and an original sketch, but most of the limited edition copies required the buyer to track down one of the artists to acquire these bonus features. Therefore, not surprisingly, many if not most of the numbered editions remain without these added features.
_
The remaining 9,500 copies were sold as the 2nd printing and were produced with a standard paper stock cover and a cover price of $1.00.
