REVIEW SCORE 6
Cruse completes the trilogy of Barefootz Funnies with this book, which features "Barefootz Variations," a story that sums up Cruse's mixed feelings about Barefootz and about cartooning itself. Barefootz Funnies #3 allowed Cruse to bid farewell to Barefootz and move on to comics that meant more to him and his fan base. And frankly, I won't miss seeing Barefootz around anymore. But I did enjoy reading this final book in the series.
